基于单片机的非接触式扭矩测试系统

摘要 针对目前市场上存在的非接触式扭矩测量仪器种类少、接触式扭矩测量方法单一的问题,研制了一套非接触式扭矩测试系统。根据印刷机的扭矩和转速测量要求,利用光电传感器,提出了一种基于单片机的非接触式扭矩方法,设计了一种扭矩测试系统。以单片机(STM8)作为数据处理核心,通过光学传感器测量齿轮转速,经处理得到电机转速,采用功率仪测得电机有功功率。用MATLAB软件开发出扭矩分析平台,计算得出单张纸胶印机试验台扭矩。通过对试验台进行实际扭矩测试,并与采用接触式扭矩传感器测试结果比较,验证了扭矩测试方法的正确性。 In case of the problem which non-contact torque measurement and contacting torque measuring method is not more, a non-contact torque test system is developed. According to the requirement of the printing in the motor torque and rotational speed measurement, using existing photoelectric transducers, this paper proposes a non-contact torque method based on single chip microcomputer, a non-contact torque measuring device is designed. With the single chip processor (STM8) as the core of data processing, developed speed measurement platform, motor speed is measured data, power data is measured by the power meter. MATLAB software analysis platform developed torque concluded the torque data. Through the study of the actual torque test of sheet fed offset printing press, and compared with test results using contact torque sensor, the correctness of the torque test method was verified.
