摘要
为了提高预涂膜覆膜机的覆膜速度,建立了预涂膜覆膜机加热滚筒加热温度与覆膜速度的数学模型。分析了预涂膜覆膜机加热滚筒的结构,研究了加热滚筒的热量传递过程,并从此模型中找到了影响覆膜速度的主要因素,最终得出结论:在膜选定的前提下,覆膜速度与加热滚筒内滚筒半径、加热温度、滚筒材质的热传导系数、包角大小成正相关关系。
In order to improve the speed of pre-coated laminating machine, we analyze the structure of pre-coated heating roller for laminating maehine and study the entire heated transfer process on the heat roller. Based on the thoughts above, this article establishes the mathematical model between heating temperature and speed. The main factors affecting the results of laminating speed were found. Under the premise of the film selected, the laminating speed has a positive correlation with roller radius, temperature, thermal conductivity of roller material and wrapping angle.
