摘要
易地扶贫搬迁,是中国多年来扶贫开发的一种重要方式。本文系统阐述了泰国、苏丹、南非和印度等5国的生态移民搬迁进程,总结提出建立灵活高效的财政支持体系等6条启示,结合中国易地扶贫搬迁的实践,进一步提出了逐步加大易地扶贫搬迁投入力度等5个方面的建议。
Ex-situ anti-poverty relocation is one of the most important ways of poverty alleviation in China.This paper stated the relocation and resettlement work done during ecological migration in the foreign countries such as Thailand,Sudan and India.Then the experience and suggestions of those work done in foreign countries was summarized,for example,flexible and efficient financial support system should be constructed.At last,with the practice of ex-situ anti-poverty relocation work done in China,five productive suggestions on how to improve its development were put forward.
