The development of digitalization provides a possibility for public schools＇ structural reform and transformation in USA mainly through e-textbook, online courses and virtual schools. From the Department of Education of the Federal to the whole States, public school digitalization trend is regarded as the chance to improve the quality of education, enact rules and regulations and set up the funding system. This practice provides us valuable experiences to speed up the design of related policies, the integration and coordination of all kinds of resource and the transformation of education and instruction model in our schools.
