摘要
美国中小学数字化发展趋势通过电子教科书、网络课程和虚拟学校等形式为美国中小学布局调整、教育模式转换提供了新的可能。美各级各类政府也将数字化发展作为变革和提升中小学教育质量的重要契机,通过立法、拨款等手段加以推进。美国上述发展趋势对我国加快相关政策设计、协调整合教育资源、转换中小学教育教学模式等具有重要的借鉴意义。
The development of digitalization provides a possibility for public schools' structural reform and transformation in USA mainly through e-textbook, online courses and virtual schools. From the Department of Education of the Federal to the whole States, public school digitalization trend is regarded as the chance to improve the quality of education, enact rules and regulations and set up the funding system. This practice provides us valuable experiences to speed up the design of related policies, the integration and coordination of all kinds of resource and the transformation of education and instruction model in our schools.
