摘要 本文在澄清专利商业化绩效与创业概念的基础上,分析了合法性问题的内涵、产生原因及其作用,重点研究了专利商业化早期阶段的合法性主体、客体及其相互关系,认为以合法性为代表的制度因素对专利商业化活动有重要影响,合法性资产是专利商业化早期绩效实现的关键互补性资产,获取合法性的途径包括获取高质量专利、建立正式商业组织、撰写商业计划书以及选择策略组合。 Based on the clarification of the relationship between performance of commercialization of patent and entrepreneurs, this paper analyzes the causes, connotation and function mechanism of legitimacy which play important roles in the process of patent commercialization. It focuses on the subject and object of legitimacy, and the relationship between them. The paper points out the important influence of legitimacy on the performance at the early stage of patent commercialization. The legitimacy is one of the important complementary assets to get the performance above. The accesses of legitimation include obtaining high-quality patents, establishing legal entity, completing business plan, and selecting strategies portfolios.
