Analysis of the Game in Principal-Agent of the Governance of Chinese Modern Universities

我国现代大学治理中的委托代理博弈主要涉及三个方面:一是大学与政府的委托代理关系博弈,二是大学与社会的委托代理关系博弈,三是大学与个人的委托代理关系博弈。这三种委托代理关系博弈力量均不平衡,委托代理关系不和谐,亟待解决。

The game in principal-agent of the governance of Chinese modern university mainly involves three aspects：one is the game in the principal-agent relationship between the University and the government , the second is the principal-agent relationship between the University and society , the third is the game principal-agent relation-ship between the University and the individual .The three kinds of principal-agent game are imbalance;the princi-pal-agent relationship is not harmonious , and urgent solution is neede .
