摘要
针对目前环境风险评价中缺乏受体易损性分析的特点,介绍了欧盟ARAMIS环境易损性区划方法。ARAMIS成功构建了基于人群、自然环境、人造环境三大类的评价指标体系,并采用Delphi法对各层的评价指标进行权重分配。基于此指标体系,文章采用我国某工业区作为案例,计算得到工业区环境易损性区划,并将计算得到的易损性指数利用GIS的空间分析和可视化技术,实现环境易损性评估和区划的可视化。结果表明,利用该方法可为优化规划布局、制订风险预防措施和应急管理措施等提供科学依据。
According to the lacking of receptors vulnerability analysis in environmental risk assessment, this paperintroduces the ARAMIS method to define and estimate an environmental vulnerability index. The evaluation indexsystem is successfully constructed in ARAMIS based on population, natural environment, and artificial environment. AndDelphi method is used to assign weights to each indicator. Based on this index system, this paper selected an industrialzone in China as a case to calculate the environmental vulnerability division, and compute the vulnerability index torealize environmental vulnerability assessment and division visualization by means of GIS spatial analysis tools andvisualization technology. The results show that this method can provide a scientific basis for optimizing the layout, thedevelopment of risk prevention measures and emergency management measures.
