发展低碳经济,对于我国社会发展和国民经济发展具有极其重要的意义,是我国一项长期的战略任务,是解决经济发展与环境协调的有效方法,是建设环境友好型和资源节约型社会的必然选择。在发展经济的过程中充分保护环境,在保护环境中努力创造优势,积极促进企业经济形态的转变,使其向循环型、低消耗型转变,从而获得经济效益与环境保护协调统一发展。
The development of low-carbon economy, has extremely vital significance regarding to our country＇s socialdevelopment and the national economy development. It is our country longterm strategic mission. It is a effectivemethod to solve the economical development and the environment coordination. It is a inevitable choice to constructs aenvironment friendly and resource conservation society. We should fully protection the environment while developing theeconomy, creates advantageous prospects while protecting the environment; positively promotes the enterprise economicform transformation, makes it to transform to be the circulation and low consumption style, and thus we may obtain acoordinated and unified development between the economic efficiency and the environmental protection.
