开展商事登记制度改革是厦门市贯彻落实中央关于改革工商登记制度的战略部署的一项重要举措。本文以厦门开展商事登记制度改革的实践为例,通过介绍商事登记制度改革的主要做法及取得的成效,总结改革取得成功的普遍规律,同时对目前改革中存在的问题进行思考,提出对策,旨在对全国范围内深入推进工商登记制度改革提供借鉴。

The reform of commercial business registration system is an important initiative of Xiamen to implement the strategic plan of central government business registration system reforms. Using Xiamen practice as an example, this paper introduces the main points and effects of the reform, summarizing its experiences and lessons, and aiming to provide references for promoting the reform of commercial business registration system nationwide.
