"身体"是舞蹈的载体,是舞蹈训练的出发点也是目的地,对身体的认知将决定舞蹈训练的理念,进而影响其效果。本文基于"身心一元论"的哲学观点,透过身心学的理论视角,对身心学理念及其技法在舞蹈训练中的运用等问题进行了探讨,以期进一步拓展舞蹈训练科学研究的领域,探索其新的方向。

＂ Body＂ is the carrier of dance art, which is both the starting point and purpose of dance training. Body cognitiondecides the ideas of dance training, and further influences its effects. Based on the philosophy of ＂monism of body and mind＂, thepaper reflects dance training in the perspective of somatics theory, and discusses the somatic ideas and the application of theirtechniques in dance training, aiming to further expand the scientific research of dance training and to explore new direction.
