我国国标舞专业教育的当前问题与对策

Current Issues and Countermeasures of International Ballroom Dance's Talents Cultivation and Subject Development

近三十年,我国国际标准舞发展迅猛、成绩斐然,并在国际上占有一席之地。而在成绩的背后,国标舞面临的主要问题凸显为人才与社会需求日趋饱和、国标舞在中国发展的局限。笔者就此对其成因进行分析,进而从丰富国标舞发展形式、打造国标舞的商业化模式两方面提出对策性的意见和建议。

International Ballroom Dance has been developing for about 30 years in China as a foreign introduced art. Throughoutthis period, it has a fast development and outstanding achievements, winning a place in the world at the meantime. However, there arestill lots of issues behind all of these achievements ： the saturation and supplement of marketing, pressures of job hunting, isolation frommercerization. This article introduces current issues that International Ballroom dance is facing, and analyses the attributes to theseissues from the two aspects of saturated condition of education and employment and the limitation of developing pattern of InternationalBallroom Dance in China. It discusses the ways of enriching the form of International Ballroom dance＇s development and building thecommercial pattern, hoping to initiate more colleagues of the circle to pay close attention to International Ballroom Dance＇s talentscultivation and subjects＇ development.
