中国与哈萨克斯坦油气资源领域合作的博弈分析

A Game Analysis of China and Kazakhstan's Oil and Gas Resources Cooperation

随着经济的不断发展,中国能源消费量逐年增大,积极开发海外油气资源是保证能源安全的重要战略。在中国与周边国家能源合作的进程中,中亚地区已经成为重点,而在与其合作的过程中,价格谈判是确定双方能否实现合作的前提。文章以中亚最大的国家哈萨克斯坦为合作对象,引入博弈论中的三阶段讨价还价模型,分析影响中哈在油气资源领域合作的因素,探求两国在油气资源领域的合作路径。

With the development of economy, China＇s energy consumption is increasingyear by year, and it is an important strategy for China to actively develop overseas oil andgas resources to ensure the country＇s energy security. In the process of China＇s energycooperation with other countries, the Central Asian region has become a key area. However,price negotiation is a prerequisite for cooperation between the two countries. UsingKazakhstan which is the largest country in Central Asia as a cooperatiion partner, thispaper introduces a three-stage game bargaining model to analyze the factors which impactthe two countries＇ cooperation in the field of oil and gas resources, and explores the bilateralcooperation path in the field of oil and gas resources.
