A Literature Review of Theoretical Foundation and Empirical Study of the Effect of Women Directors on Corporate Social Responsibility

摘要 伴随女性董事在全球的强势崛起,女性董事的价值受到了越来越多的关注。本文对女性董事影响企业社会责任的理论基础和实证研究进行了文献梳理与述评,并对未来的研究进行了展望,以期为女性董事参与公司治理、充分发挥作用的相关理论研究和实践提供借鉴和参考。 Accompanied by the strong rise in women directors in the world, the value of women di- rectors has attracted more and more concern. This paper makes a literature review of theoretical foun- dation and empirical study of the effect of women directors on corporate social responsibility, and then makes prospects for future research in order to provide reference for theoretical study and practice concerning women directors' participation in corporate governance and the full exertion of the role of women directors.
