高职学生职业能力培养的动态生成模式--基于市场型课程体系的视角 被引量:7

摘要 在市场导向下,高职院校的课程改革,始终以学生职业能力发展为中心点。项目化课程和模块化课程的设置,分别在纵向和横向上保证了课程改革和教育目标的动态建构,使学生职业能力培养始终处于动态生成的过程之中。纵向来看,项目化课程动态生成模式让学生在项目推进中实现了知识的链条化、能力的过程化;横向来看,模块化课程生成模式则实现了课程组织结构的动态化,使课程改革和教学活动更具职业性、目的性、能动性和科学性。通过"理论—实践—反馈"的知识与能力动态生成模式,真正实现了市场型课程教学的动态性、过程性和主体性。 Guided by the market, the curriculum reform in vocational colleges has focusedon students' occupational ability development. The project-oriented curriculum and modularizedcurriculum has ensured the dynamic construction of curriculum reform and education target verticallyand horizontally. It has also made occupational ability cultivation of student in the process of dynamicgeneration. From the vertical perspective, the project-oriented curriculum generation mode helps studentsachieve complete knowledge chain and good ability during the progress of the project. From the lateralperspective, the modularized curriculum generation mode makes organizational structure become dynamic,and makes the curriculum reform and teaching activity more and more professional, objective, active andscientific. Through the theory-practice-feedback dynamic construction mode, we could make market-oriented teaching become dynamic, procedural and subjective.
