摘要 教育信息化是国民经济和社会信息化的重要组成部分,是我国民族教育实现跨越式发展、走向教育现代化的必由之路。CNKI 1999-2013年收录的有关民族教育信息化相关文献显示,我国民族教育信息化研究文献数量与质量总体上呈逐年递增趋势,研究人群主要为教育技术学领域研究人员,研究形态以理论研究为主,综合研究较少。总的来说,当前我国民族教育信息化存在研究基础差、研究力量弱、研究成果少和发展不均衡等问题。为了加快我国民族教育信息化进程,有关部门应以促进学生的发展为终极目标,注意将信息基础设施建设与升级并举,开发与同步共享优质教育资源,着力进行校长信息化领导力以及骨干教师信息技术能力培训,实现信息技术与教学科研深度融合。 Educational informationization is the important component of national economy and social informationization, and the inevitable course to realize our great-leap-forward development of minority education and the modernization of education. The relevant literatures about minority educational informationization recorded in CNKI from 1999 to 2013 manifest that, in general, the quantity and quality of the research literature upon minority educational informationization in our country keep an increasing trend year by year, and the research group are mainly the researchers in educational technology field, focusing more on the theoretical research in terms of the research form but less on the comprehensive research. To sum up, currently, there are some problems existing in our minority educational informationization, such as the weak research effort, poor research achievement, developmental imbalance, etc. In order to quicken the process of our minority educational informationization, the relevant departments should treat promoting students' development as the ultimate goal, emphasizing both the construction and the update of the information infrastructure, developing and maintaining the synchronous sharing of the high quality education resources, endeavoring to launch trainings of informationization leadership for principals and trainings of information technology ability for the core teachers, and finally realizing the deep integration of the information technology and the teaching and scientific research.
