区域发展中城镇化效率与就业结构动因——基于福建省的实证

Analysis on the Relation between Efficiency of Urbanization and Employment Structure in Regional Economic Development:Based on the Empirical Research of Fujian

在提出区域投入产出系统与就业结构联动分析框架的基础上,探索了城镇化效率的影响机制问题,利用2006—2011年福建省城市面板数据作为实例,运用产出导向的DEA-Malmquist指数法测算了区域发展中全要素城镇化效率值,从技术变化、技术效率、规模效率方面分析了城镇化效率的变化情况,并运用Tobit模型探索不同产业的就业对区域城镇化效率的影响。研究发现,城镇化效率同时受到技术变化和技术效率两个方面的影响,涵盖区域科技导向、创新意识、管理方式、政策制度等方面的内容;三次产业的就业结构对城镇化效率存在差异化影响,其中第一产业就业不是城镇化效率变化的主要动因,第二产业就业对不同区域城镇化效率的影响效应存在差异,第三产业就业对不同区域的城镇化效率均为正向作用。

The paper,based on analysis of the framework of linkage between the regional input output system and employment structure,explored the impact mechanism of urbanization efficiency.It used the 2006-201 1 city panel data in Fujian Province as an example,adopted the DEA-Malmquist index method of being output oriented,calculated the total factor urbanization efficiency,estimated the change of technical progress,technical efficiency and scale efficiency,and explored the effects of the employment in different industries on regional urbanization efficiency by adopting Tobit model.The study found the urbanization efficiency is affected by technical efficiency change and technical pro-gress,including regional science and technology oriented,innovation consciousness,management style ,policy system and other content.The employment in different industries had different influences on the urbanization efficiency.The first industry employment is not the main influence factor,the sec-ond industry employment had different influence on urbanization efficiency,and the tertiary industry employment had a positive effect on the urbanization efficiency.
