"卓越法律人才教育培养计划"为法学教育带来了重大发展机遇。法学专业面临的就业困境,并非供需失调的结构性矛盾,职业技能培养不足是其根源。当前法学实践教学环节主要有法律咨询、庭审观摩、模拟法庭、法律诊所、毕业实习,得失成败参半。法学本科应当以素质教育为导向,加强实践教学;法律硕士应当以职业教育为导向,强化法律职业技能的培养;职前培训应当以职业适应为导向,重视职业实战能力的养成。

Excellent legal talent training plan brought development opportunities for legal education. The employment difficulty of law major in which the principal problem is the shortage training of pro-fessional skills,not the structure of maladjustment of supply and demand.Nowadays,the main steps of practical teaching are legal advice,court hearing,moot court,legal clinic and graduation field trip.It has an even chance of success.Bachelor of law should guide for quality-oriented education and enhance practical teaching;Juris Master should guide for vocational education and strengthen ca-reer skills training;pre-employment training should guide for vocational adaptability and take competi-tive training seriously.
