达至人的全面发展,是马克思主义的最高价值追求以及思想政治教育的根本目标,也是社会文明发展的基本目标。为此,应从中国基本国情出发,以马克思主义人的全面发展理论为指导,深入厘清人的全面发展制度创新的思路。具体来讲,应全面认识制度创新对于促进人的全面发展的根本重要性,克服影响人的全面发展制度创新的思想障碍,从而确立符合社会制度发展的创新思路。

The human development in an all round way is the highest pursuit of Marx, basic target of i deological and political education, and also basic target of socialist development. Starting from present China and under the guidance of the theory of human development in an all round way by Marx, the innovation of system should be made clear.
