摘要
美国的实践经验与理论研究已然证实,教学学术是教学质量得以保证和提升的黄金法则。然而,教学学术在我国仍停滞于理论探讨而无法落实。学术建制是重要制约因素。不仅既有的学术建制环境不平衡,而且大学教学自身的学术建制也不完善。这不利于大学教学学术性的彰显。为此,我们亟待建立适应于教学学术的学术评价制度、大学评价制度,构建平衡的学术建制环境,建立完备的教学学术人才培育制度、大学教学评价制度、大学教学管理制度、大学教学学术共同体,构建完善的大学教学学术建制体系,为教学学术思想在大学教学实践的顺利落实提供建制保障。
The practical experiences and theoretical research in American has confirmed that ,the scholarship of teaching is the golden rule to ensure and improve university teaching quality. However ,the scholarship of teaching in our universities is still in the theoretical level and cannot be implemented. Academic institution is the important restraining factor. Not only the existing academic intitution environment is imbalanced,but also the academic institution of univeristy teaching itself is not completed. This is not conductive for the showing of academic in university teaching. Thus , we urgently need to establish academic evaluation system and university evaluation system adapted to the scholarship of teaching ,to construct a balanced academic institution environment;we urgently need to establish complete academic personnel training ststem ,university teaching evaluation system,university teaching management system,university teaching academic community,to construct a complete academic institution system of the scholarship of teaching ,to provide supporting institution system for the smooth implemention of the scholarship of university teaching.
