市场经济背景下高职产教融合育人模式的统整研究

The Integration Research on the Education Model of the Fusion of Education and Industry of Higher Vocational Education under the Market Economy Background

高职教育中产教融合的育人模式是在我国市场经济背景下逐步发展和确立的,推进深度产教融合是高职教育内涵式发展的重要基础。市场经济的发展要求高职院校产教融合不断发展,在此背景下高职院校的产教融合也应该进行明确的定位并符合标准。当前产教融合存在着认识误区、国家意志推动作用不足等问题,应该切实树立产教融合的人才培养模式指导思想,通过政策与法律的支持、文化的融合、事务机构的建立等措施来进一步推动产教融合的持续、健康发展。

The fusion of education and industry mode of higher vocational education is gradually developed and established under the background of market economy in our country. Promoting the depth of education with industry is the important foundation for higher vocational education connotative development. The development of market economy requires the fusion of education and industry’s evolution,under this background that the higher vocational colleges should have a clear positioning. Now,the education with industry mode exist misunderstand-ing,lack of the promoting of the state and any other issues. So we should establish a training mode of the integration of production and education through the measures of policy and legal support,cultural integration, and guiding ideology of talents the establishment of affairs agencies,to further promote the fusion of education and industry sustainable and healthy development.
