摘要
通过对9所高校542名在校和新近毕业大学生的问卷调查,发现沟通能力、应对变化能力、人际关系处理能力、责任感、信息收集与处理能力、团队合作能力、抓住机遇能力等10项能力是大学生的核心就业能力。高校对大学生核心就业能力的培养效果较好,但与学生的期望尚有一定的距离。高校可采取提高对培养大学生核心就业能力的重视程度、了解对大学生核心就业能力的培养效果等优化措施来提升培养大学生核心就业能力的效果。
This study uses the method of questionnaire through 542 college students from 9 colleges. Theresults show that the communicating ability,the strain capacity, the interpersonal skills, the sense ofresponsibility, the capacity of information collection and processing, the team-worklng and the ability to seize theopportunity etc. ,which are the core employment abilities of the college students. The colleges' cultivation on thecore employment abilities has gained some effects,but still needs to devote great efforts. It is proposed that the colle-ges could take some measures to raise the effects on cultivating the core employment abilities of the collegestudents,such as emphasizing the importance of the core employment abilities of the college students,understanding the cultivating effects on the core employment abilities of the college students and strengtheningthe cultivating efforts on the core employment abilities of the college students.
