实时三维超声心动图对前降支不同程度狭窄患者心功能的评价

摘要 实时三维超声心动图(RT-3DE)能够产生左心室立体模型,并将左心室划分成多个容积节段,进而绘制出各节段的容积时间曲线(VTC),用于左心室局部容积变化和收缩功能的评价[1]。本研究旨在应用RT-3DE评价左前降支(LAD)不同程度狭窄患者的左心室整体和节段心功能。
