针刺联合枸橼酸氯米芬片对多囊卵巢综合征排卵障碍的影响

Effect of Clomiphene citrate tablets combined with acupuncture on ovulation failure in polycystic ovary syndrome

目的观察针刺联合枸橼酸氯米芬片对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)排卵障碍的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法将60例PCOS排卵障碍患者随机分为2组。治疗组30例,予枸橼酸氯米芬片联合针刺治疗;对照组30例,单纯予枸橼酸氯米芬片治疗。连续治疗3个月,观察比较2组治疗后基础体温、排卵、尿促黄体激素(LH)峰值及卵泡发育情况。结果 2组治疗后排卵率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组排卵率高于对照组;2组治疗后成熟卵泡日成熟卵泡个数及尿LH峰值指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组水平相当;2组治疗后卵泡成熟日优势卵泡形态(横径-直径差值)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优势卵泡形态明显优于对照组。结论针刺联合枸橼酸氯米芬片治疗PCOS排卵障碍是一种有效治疗方法,可以改善优势卵泡形态,提高基础体温,促进排卵,是一种简便易行,安全可靠,疗效显著,无副作用的治疗途径。

Objective To observe the effect of Clomiphene citrate tablets combined with acupuncture on ovulation failure in polycystic ovary syndrome（ PCOS）. Methods 60 PCOS patients were randomly divided into control group（ n = 30）,which was treated by Clomiphene citrate tablets and treatment group（ n = 30）,which was treated by Clomiphene citrate tablets combined with acupuncture. The course was three months in two groups. Basal body temperature,ovulation,peak of urinary luteinizing hormone（ LH） and follicle development condition after treatment were observed and compared. Results There was significant difference between two groups on ovulation rate（ P〈0. 05）.The ovulation in treatment group was higher than that in control group. There was no significant difference between two groups on the number of mature follicles in mature follicles days and urinary LH peak indicators（ P〉0. 05）. Dominant follicle morphology in treatment group was more than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Clomiphene citrate tablets combined with acupuncture on anovulatory PCOS treatment combined with acupuncture is an effective treatment method can improve the dominant follicle morphology,improved basal body temperature,promote ovulation,and is a simple,safe and reliable,a significant effect,and no side effects therapeutic approach
