通心络胶囊联合氯吡格雷、阿司匹林治疗轻度脑梗死急性期120例临床观察

Observation of mild cerebral infarction in acute stage treated by combination of Tongxinluo capsule,clopidogrel and aspirin

目的观察通心络胶囊联合氯吡格雷、阿司匹林治疗轻度脑梗死急性期临床疗效。方法将200例发病72 h内的轻度脑梗死急性期患者随机分为2组。对照组80例在常规治疗基础上予阿司匹林治疗,治疗组120例在对照组治疗基础上加用通心络胶囊和氯吡格雷,2组疗程均为14 d。观察2组治疗前后神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)及临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后NIHSS评分均降低(P<0.05),2组治疗后NIHSS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组不良反应均在停药后自行好转。结论通心络胶囊联合氯吡格雷、阿司匹林治疗轻度脑梗死急性期可有效阻止脑梗死进展,改善患者预后。

Objective To observe the effect of mild cerebral infarction in acute stage treated by combination of Tongxinluo capsule,clopidogrel and aspirin. Methods 200 patients of mild cerebral infarction in acute stage within 72 h of onset were randomly divided into two groups. Control group received aspirin on the basis of conventional therapy. Treatment group received Tongxinluo capsule and clopidogrel on the basis of control group treatment. The therapeutic course was 14 days in two groups. NIHSS,clinical effect and occurrence rate of adverse reaction were observed in two groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）. NIHSS score after treatment was decreased in two groups（ P〈0. 05）. There was no difference between two groups on NIHSS score after treatment（ P〉 0. 05）. There was no difference between two groups on occurrence rate of adverse reaction（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Combination of Tongxinluo capsule,clopidogrel and aspirin on mild cerebral infarction in acute stage Can effectively prevent cerebral infarction progress,improve the prognosis of patients.
