摘要
螺旋输送机是常用的连续输送机械。在煤粉工业锅炉行业中,当使用传统圆管螺旋输送机输送具有高流动性的煤粉粉末体时,这种高流动性和螺旋输送机结构带来了煤粉输送的间断性、脉动和非定量化等问题,造成了下游锅炉燃烧系统负压波动大、炉膛喷灰和爆燃等一系列问题。通过对煤粉的物料特性和其在螺旋输送机管壁内的流动特性分析,提出了一种可实现连续、稳定和无卸料冲击供料的异形管壁螺旋输送机新结构,这种螺旋输送机成为匹配煤粉工业锅炉系统大型化的重要技术。
Screw conveyor is a kind of continuous conveyor machinery in common use. In the industry of the pulverized coal fired industrial boiler, when the pulverized coal of the high fluidity is conveyed with the traditional round pipe screw conveyor, it is generally considered that the discontinuity, the pulse and the non-quantitative of the conveying material is caused by the high fluidity of the pulverized coal and the structure of screw conveyor, and it leads to a series of the problems of the significant negative pressure fluctuations, the ash ejected of boiler and the deflagrate in the boiler combustion system. This paper proposes the new structure of the screw conveyor of the abnormal shaped pipe wall that can realize the continuous, steady and non-discharge-impacted feeding by the analysis of the material characteristics and the fluid characteristics of the pulverized coal in the screw conveyor, and it become an important technology matching the large scale of the system of the pulverized coal fired industrial boiler
