摘要
针对传统的矿用电机车供电系统结构复杂、故障率高、维护难等问题,设计了一种基于开关磁阻电机(SRM)的矿用电机车调速系统。系统核心采用了高性能电机控制芯片TMS320F28335,配合位置检测、电流反馈等外围电路,实现了SRM基于模糊自适应PID的双闭环调速系统。在煤矿井下实际测试中,系统运行稳定、控制精确、故障率低,很好地适应了井下恶劣的环境。
According to mine-used electric locomotive such as complex structure of power supply system, high failure rate and a great deal of maintenance. This paper designs a mine-used electric locomotive speed regulation system based on switched reluctance motor(SRM). The system uses a high performance motor control chip of TMS320F28335 as the core combines with position detection, current feedback and other peripheral circuits to realize SRM double loop speed regulation system based on fuzzy adaptive PID. In the actual test underground, the system is stable running, precise control and low failure rate which adapt to the bad environment underground well.
