带式输送机低速张紧绞车设计

摘要 针对大功率带式输送机张紧装置张紧力不足的问题,提出了一种采用低速张紧以获得更高张紧拉力的低速张紧绞车。设计采用蜗轮蜗杆传动配合齿轮减速实现较大减速比,最终以获得高张紧力的设计目的。新型张紧绞车结构简单、传动可靠,能够很好地满足带式输送机的张紧需要,可运用于大功率带式输送机输送带的张紧。 This study aims at the technical background of insufficient tension of high power belt conveyor tension device. The research was to state a design thought which the low speed tension winch was given to get a higher tensioning force. The worm gear operated was united with gear reduction,which could get a lager reduction ratio, and the high tension design goal was obtained at last. The new type tension winch can primely satisfy the tension need with simple mechanism and reliable transmission, and could be used to tension of high power belt conveyor.
