摘要
以某型号采煤机截割部外形结构及连接尺寸为边界条件,为该采煤机截割部设计了2套行星减速器。采用虚拟样机技术对2套行星减速器的性能进行了分析。研究发现:行星减速器采用四行星结构要优于采用三行星结构。当采用四行星结构时,行星轴应力降低了160.824 7 MPa;行星架应力降低了264.594 1 MPa。该研究为采煤机可靠性设计提供量化依据。
Taking a certain type of shearer cutting part's contour structure and connection dimensions as the boundary conditions, two sets of planetary reducer of shearer cutting unit were designed. The performance of the two sets of planetary reducer was analyzed by using virtual prototype technology.The study found that: planetary gear reducer with 4 planetary structures was better than the 3 planetary structures. When taking the 4 planetary structure, the planet shaft stress was reduced 160.824 7 MPa and the planet carrier force was reduced by 264.594 1 MPa. The research provides the quantitative basis for the reliability design of shearer planetary reducer.
