基于ANSYS Workbench的SK型混合器二相流数值模拟研究

Two-phase Flow Simulation for SK Mixer Based on ANSYS Workbench

利用Pro/E建立工程中常用的SK静态混合器三维模型,将其导入ANSYS Workbench处理得到流体域模型,利用Fluent对混合器中二相流进行数值模拟研究。研究结果表明,混合器内的油和水将会混合得较为充分、均匀,所得的乳化液性质也较稳定,混合器具有较好的混合性能。

Analyzed the two-phase flow in SK static mixer by numerical modeling by Fluent, built 3D model by Pro/E and import the 3D model file into ANSYS Workbench to obtain a fluid model. It indicated that the stable and even Emulsion can be got in mixer, and the mixer performs well.
