摘要 运用MATLAB强大的数值计算功能,先对少齿数齿轮的参数进行优化设计,再求解齿廓方程得到齿轮端面齿廓曲线上的坐标点。将坐标点数据文件导入到Creo2.0中,建立齿轮端面齿廓曲线并扫描生成三维实体模型,并对齿轮进行虚拟装配、动态仿真分析及全局干涉检测。为少齿数齿轮的APDL参数化建模提供了精确的齿廓曲线点,同时也为后续虚拟样机的建立、动力学分析以及少齿数齿轮产品CAM制造仿真提供了更精确的三维实体模型。 By means of the powerful numerical calculation of MATLAB, the parameters of the lessteeth gear are optimally given. With the help of tooth profile equation, the coordinate point of gear 's tooth curve of the gear face is found. Then the data of coordinate point will be imported into Creo2.0 so as to found the gear's tooth curve of the gear face and further to scan and to produce the gear's three dimensional model. Under the Mechanism module of virtual assembly and dynamic simulation analysis was carried out on the gear and global interference detection, which intends to provide the accurate point on the gear's tooth curve for the APDL parametric modeling. As well as Less-teeth gear the consequent establishment of the virtual prototype, dynamic analysis, and Less-teeth gear of CAM manufacture simulation provides accurate three-dimensional entity model.
