摘要
针对单一评价的片面性与不准确性,提出了结合各种影响因素进行整体评价的综合评价方法。以4台正常齿轮箱和1台故障齿轮箱为评价对象,以齿轮箱各部位温度、振动、噪声为评价指标,分别采用加权平均法、主成分分析法和模糊综合评价法建立齿轮传动性能综合评价模型,并分别通过具体实验数据验证了这3种方法的可行性与有效性。
Given the sidedness and inaccuracy of the single evaluation, propose the comprehensive evaluation method combined with various influence factors for the overall evaluation. With four normal gearboxes and one fault gearbox for evaluation objects, with the gearbox temperature, vibration and noise as the evaluation index, respectively use the weighted average method, principal component analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the evaluation model of gear transmission performance, and use the concrete experimental data to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the three methods.
