摘要
为研究半煤岩掘进机截割机构在截割载荷作用下的应力应变特性,基于EBZ-75型掘进机,对掘进工作载荷模型进行了计算,并应用ANSYS软件进行静力学分析。分析表明,截割机构最大应力为325 MPa,发生在升降油缸销轴孔处;最大变形量位于截割头前端且变形量为2.6 mm,为半煤岩掘进机截割结构的改进设计提供了理论参考。
In case to study the stress-strain behavior of the cutting mechanism on the vertical axis road header, based on the EBZ-75 road header, making the work load simulation, and the structural static analysis with ANSYS. Analysis shows that the maximum stress of cutting mechanism is 325 MPa,occurred in the lift cylinder pin hole; maximum deformation is 2.6 mm, occurred at cutting head. The conclusion provides a theoretical reference for the designing of the cutting mechanism.
