摘要
由于井下工况复杂多变、载荷状况恶劣,对掘进机结构的强度和刚度及整机的稳定性有相当高的要求,故设计过程中要求对其关键部件进行有限元分析。通过三维有限元分析,可优化结构,减轻结构件的重量,提高整机性能。
Finite element analysis of important component was necessary in the roadheader design process, due to the strength and stiffness of structure and the stability of machine was highly required in complex and load fluctuation condition under the shaft. The structure of important component was optimized used finite element analysis, which reduces the weight of structure and improves machine performance.
