摘要 为实现乳化液的实时监控,提升综采工作面液压系统稳定性和可靠性,采用模糊PID技术控制乳化液的液位,并对液压系统压力下降属于正常用液还是泄漏进行智能识别。开发了乳化液的浓度、温度、压力、液位和泄漏等的实时监测、报警系统,并借助于矿井以太网实现了整个监控系统的数据传输和远程控制,该系统成功应用于漳村矿2303综采工作面的乳化液泵站,促进了煤矿的高产高效和安全生产。 In order to realize the real-time monitoring of emulsion and improve the stability and reliability of hydraulic system in fully-mechanized face, fuzzy PID was used to control the liquid level of emulsion. Intelligent identification is also used to identify whether the pressure drop in hydraulic system was normal or leakage. We developed the real-time monitoring and alarming system, including the concentration, temperature, pressure, liquid level and leakage of emulsion, and realized data transmission and remote control of the whole monitoring system with the help of mine Ethernet. The system was applied successfully to emulsion pump station of 2303 fully-mechanized face in Zhangcun Coal Mine, promoting high yield, high efficiency and safety of coal mine.
