摘要
对煤矿机械中电动机的启动和调速问题进行分析,综合液黏软启动和变频调速的优点,设计出液黏-变频软启动调速装置。在电动机启动时通过液黏软启动可以有效的保护电机,尤其是在负载条件下实现平稳启动,电动机启动后利用变频装置实现无级调速,保护了电机的安全使用,提高了工作效率,同时实现了安全节能的目标。
The start and speed control of mining machinery motor was analyzed. The speeder with liquid viscous and frequency conversion was designed due to the comprehensive advantages of liquid viscous soft start and frequency control. The motor was protected efficiently by the liquid viscous soft start when it began to start, especially its reposeful start with the load. Then the stepless speed regulation of motor was realized by the frequency conversion device, the motor was protected, the work efficiency was improved, and achieved the aim of safety and energy saving.
