螺旋输送机封闭式拼接支承装置设计

摘要 为了解决煤矿螺旋输送机现有的支承装置存在的缺陷,通过对轴承连接件、平面轴承、支承壳套进行结构优化,提出了一款新型的螺旋输送机封闭式拼接支承装置的设计方案,在一定程度上解决了当前煤矿螺旋输送机普遍存在的送料螺杆径向振颤、润滑性能恶化、输送效率降低以及维修性能下降等诸多问题。 For solving the defects of screw conveyor caused by the suspended device, a new type enclosed splicing suspended device of screw conveyor is designed bases on the structure optimization of the bearing fittings, plane bearings, and bearing shell. Some common problems of the current coal mine screw conveyor have been solved to a certain extent by the new design, such as: Feeding screw radial tremor, lubrication performance deterioration, reduce the transmission efficiency, as well as the maintenance performance degradation, etc.
