基于气缸式发电的瓦斯监测与照明系统设计

摘要 针对煤矿生产安全的需求,设计了一种基于气缸式发电的瓦斯监测与照明两用系统,该系统以压缩空气作为动力源,采用气缸作为执行元件,带动发电机工作,其输出端三相交流电压经整流滤波后直接提供给防爆灯实现照明功能;同时输出电压通过稳压模块稳压后提供给单片机系统和瓦斯传感器,实现瓦斯超标时防爆灯闪烁和蜂鸣器报警功能。本系统基于气缸式发电,经济安全、气体利用率高、噪音小、方便安装,适合在煤矿推广使用。 In order to meet the demand of safety in production of coal mine, A gas monitoring and lighting system was designed based on the cylinder-type power generation.This system adopts air as power supply and takes cylinders as actuator to generate electricity. By rectifying and filtering of the output voltage, the direct voltage is provided for lamp to realize lighting function,meanwhile the output voltage is provided for the microcontroller system and a gas sensor after the voltage regulator module processing,which can realize lamp shining and buzzer alarming function Once the gas concentration overweight. The system based on the cylinder-type power generation is economic security, high gas utilization rate,small noise, convenient installation, so it is suitable for use in coal mines in the promotion.
