摘要
发耳煤矿斜井提升分为两部分,为了满足每段斜井的安全提升,分别进行提升设备选型,并对采用设备的主要技术参数进行验算。通过验算得出结论:第1段采用JK-3.5/20E型滚筒直径3.5 m,宽2.5 m的单筒提升机一台,32 NAT6×19S+FC1570ZS钢丝绳;第2段采用JKY2.5/2型滚筒直径2.5 m,宽2 m的单筒矿用防爆液压提升机一台,28NAT6×19S+FC1570 ZS钢丝绳,满足了发耳煤矿两段斜井提升系统提升要求,保证了发耳煤矿提升系统的安全运行。
Inclined shaft hoisting of Faer coal mine is divided into two parts, in order to meet every slope safety improvement of every slope, there are lifting equipment is selected, and main technical parameters of the equipment is checked. Through checking, the result is the first part adopt 32 NAT6×19S+FC 1570 ZS wire rope and the JK-3.5/20 E type single roll hoist that the roller diameter is 3.5 m and the width is 2.5 m, the second part adopt 28 NAT 6×19S+FC 1570 ZS wire rope and the JKY2.5/2type single roll explosion-proof hydraulic mine hoist that the roller diameter is 2.5m and the width is 2m, satisfied the hoisting request to inclined shaft hoisting of two parts, promised safe movement of the faer coal mine inclined shaft hoisting.
