摘要
为了提高漏斗车装卸效率,提出一种基于离散元法的煤炭漏斗车装卸载过程动态仿真方法。运用离散元法建立煤炭漏斗车装卸载仿真模型,并设定合理参数对煤炭漏斗车的装卸载过程进行模拟,对煤炭漏斗车端、侧墙的作用力规律进行综合分析,最后得到煤炭漏斗卸货过程中压力与高度、时间之间的变化关系。
In order to improve the efficiency of coal hopper vehicle loading and unloading, a simulation analysis of coal hopper vehicle loading and unloading process based on discrete element method.Firstly, discrete element method is used to establish the simulation model of coal hopper vehicle loading and unloading, and some reasonable parameters are set to simulate the process of coal hopper wagon loading and unloading of coal hopper vehicle, secondly, the reaction rule of the lateral wall resulting in the process of the coal hopper discharge pressure and height relations between the changes of time are analysis comprehensively.
