摘要
通过对矿井风机使用特点和监控技术要求进行分析和研究,提出了主通风机在线监测系统的框架、监测内容和功能要求,选择S7-300 PLC作为下位机编程软件,WinCC作为工控上位机软件设计出具有数据处理与存储、报警输出等功能的主通风机在线监控系统。
This design carries on the analysis and research on the ventilators using characteristics and requests of monitoring technology,and proposes the framework for the main fan monitoring system, the content of monitoring and functionality requirements. This paper develops a online monitoring and control system of main fan with data processing and storage,alarm output etc by making use of Siemens S7-300 PLC as programming software and WinCC as control software.
