摘要 食品是人类生存和发展的最基本物质,人类在对食品永不满足需求的同时,也不断地促进和发展了食品的生产。对于食品而言,安全性是最基本的要求,但是近年来,在世界范围内不断出现了食品的安全事件。中国是世界酒类消费大国,我国的各种酒类消费量均占据世界各国前列,而从最初的汾酒假酒事件到近期的塑化剂事件,更是为我们敲响了酒类食品安全的警钟。基于射频识别技术的酒类防伪追溯系统,利用目前最先进的物联网射频识别技术,融合传感技术、3G通信技术、互联网技术和多媒体等技术,实现了酒类产品的单品全周期追溯防伪功能,在为广大消费者提供良好的消费保障的同时,也为政府有关监管部门,提供了良好的监管技术基础。 Food is the most basic substance for the survival and development of mankind.The increasing demands of mankind of foods have promoted continuous development of food manufacturing.In terms of food,security is an essential requirement.However,recent years have witnessed a great number of food safety accidents worldwide.As a major country of alcohol consumption,China is in the leading list of all kinds of alcohol products.However,from the adulterated Fen Wine to the recent plasticizer incident,all these have an alarm bell for our alcohol security.Anti-fake wine tracing system based on radio frequency identification has materialized the tracing anti-fake function of the single wine product throughout its life cycle by employing the most advanced Internet of Things radio frequency identification technology,which integrates sense technology,3G communication technology,Internet technology and multi-media technology.It has not only provides good consumption guarantee,but also good monitoring technique basis for relevant governmental departments.
