经椎旁肌间隙入路治疗腰椎退行性病变 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨采用椎旁肌间隙入路手术治疗腰椎退行性病变的临床疗效。方法 2012年11月至2014年1月,对15例患者采用椎旁肌间隙入路手术治疗腰椎退行性病变,比较术前、术后腰部疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analog scale,VAS)。结果 15例患者获得10~16个月的随访,未发生感染、神经损伤、内固定松动断裂、植骨不愈合及复位丢失情况。VAS评分:术前平均为7.0分,术后1周平均为3.0分,术后随访10~16个月平均为1.5分。术后随访评分与前两者比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论椎旁肌间隙入路手术治疗腰椎退行性病变直视下进行,操作简单、置钉容易、减压彻底、并发症少,临床效果满意,降低了医源性下腰痛的发生率,提高了患者术后的生活质量。
