基于文献的农业领域本体自动构建方法研究

RESEARCH ON LITERATURE- BASED AUTOMATIC ONTOLOGY CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR AGRICULTURAL DOMAIN

农业领域本体的构建将为农业垂直搜索引擎提供知识组织基础。在对本体构建技术进行深入研究的基础上,设计实现基于文献的农业领域本体构建方法。使用Web数据抽取技术获取农业文献,通过对文献分词和清洗,自动提取领域概念,并用关联分析和改进的层次聚类发现领域概念间关系,构建农业领域本体。通过实验验证,该方法提高了领域概念间关系聚类效果和领域本体构建效果。最后加以应用实施,实现了基于本体的农业垂直搜索引擎。

To construct agricultural domain ontology can provide the foundation of knowledge organisation for vertical agricultural research engine. Based on in-depth study on otology construction technique,we design and implement a literature-based agricultural domain ontology construction method. In this method,web data extraction technique is used in acquiring the agricultural literatures. The domain concept is utomatically extracted by literature segmentation and cleaning. Furthermore,the correlation analysis and the improved hierarchical clustering are used for discovering the relationship between domain concepts,and agricultural domain ontology is constructed. It is verified through experiments that this method improves the effect of relation clustering between the domain concepts and the effect of domain ontology construction. Finally,the method is applied in execution,it realises the ontology-based vertical agricultural search engine.
