小峪煤矿综合治理上隅角瓦斯超限措施

摘要 小峪煤矿矿井目前正在回采2号煤层,上部为山4号采空区,采用单一走向长壁采煤法,综合机械化采煤工艺。由于在生产过程中,回采工作面上隅角瓦斯经常超限,难以治理。通过对回采工作面上隅角的瓦斯连续监测,找出上隅角瓦斯涌出的来源及原因,针对实际情况,做出合理的防治方案,对其他回采工作面和同一地区的矿井瓦斯防治有借鉴意义。 In Xiaoyu Mine, since No.4 mined-out area is located at the top of No.2 coal seam, single direction long-wall mining method and fully-mechanized mining technology are used in the seam. In the mining, the upper corner gas emission usually exceeds the normal value, which is difficult to control. By continuous monitoring on the gas, the sources and reasons for the upper corner gas emission were found out.On the basis of actual situation, reasonable control measures have been proposed, which are useful for the gas control in other mining faces.
