摘要
煤炭资源是我国的主要能源,占总能源的70%左右,对国民经济的发展起着举足轻重的作用,而煤炭的开采对环境、生态的破坏作用日益严重,为了保护生态环境,创建人与自然和谐美好矿山和蓝天、白云、绿树的美丽环境,为了我们国民经济的可持续、快速发展,必须推广、实行煤炭资源的绿色开采,减少对环境的污染和对生态的破坏。
Coal is the safest and cheapest energy resource in China. Our long-term development strategy and objective of low-carbon economy are to realize the green mining of coal resources, adhere to scientific development outlook and sustainable development concept, realize the innovative development of green mining and cleaning coal industry, maximize resources recovery rate and utilization rate, reduce environmental pollution and damage on ecology.
