摘要
以保靖黄金茶1号品种为实验材料,测定分析了不同季节保靖黄金茶1号绿茶中水浸出物、茶多酚、游离氨基酸、儿茶素、咖啡碱、可溶性糖、黄酮、茶氨酸的含量。结果表明,保靖黄金茶1号绿茶中的茶多酚、游离氨基酸、茶氨酸、儿茶素等品质成分季节变化明显。春茶品质明显优于夏、秋茶,秋茶品质优于夏茶。
The water infusion, teapolyphenols, free amino acid, EGCG, Caffeine, Soluble sugar, flavone and theanine content of Golden Tea No.1 cultivar were tested and analyzed. The result showed that the quality content teapolyphenols, free amino acid, theanine, EGCG has significant seasonal change. The spring crop green tea quality is better than Summer and Autumn crop, and Autumn crop quality is better than Summer crop.
