摘要
风机喘振问题一直困扰着用风量变动频繁剧烈的工艺生产过程,如何妥善解决这个问题是保证生产正常进行的关键。通过对进口大型风机向Ausmelt铜吹炼炉供风时发生的喘振现象及产生原因的分析,提出了利用DCS和优化控制解决这一问题的办法及取得的结果,为铜冶炼行业处理此类问题做了有益的尝试。
The production process with frequently sharp changes in air volume is plagued by surge of the air compressor. How to properly solve this problem is the key to guarantee the normal production. Through analyzing the phenomenon and the causes of surge when the large-scale air compressor blows to the Ausmelt converting furnace, this paper recommends that make use of DCS and optimum control to sovle this problem, and makes a useful experiment for copper smelting production dealing with the similar problems.
