摘要
为了长输油气管道上的压力和温度仪表的量值传递工作的顺利开展,采用了移动实验室新技术。本文研究设计了一套压力和温度移动实验室,并对移动实验室的车辆改装、环境控制系统和辅助设施、压力和温度标准仪器的配备做了详细阐述,实践证明,该实验室能有效提高现场仪表的检测效率,有着较好的应用前景。
In order to pass the measuredvalue in the pressure and temperature instrument of long oil pipe smoothly, the mobile laboratory new techniques is adopted. In this paper, a set of mobile laboratory for pressure and temperature is designed,and described in detail for the vehicle refitting of mobile laboratory, environmental control system, supporting facilities and standard instrument equipped with pressure and temperature. Practice proves that the laboratory can effectively improve the detection efficiency of field instruments, it has a good application prospect.
