唐德宗是位独特的爱好诗歌的帝王,对其执政时期贞元诗坛诗风的影响是显著的,他通过宫廷诗风、科场诗风再到主流诗坛诗风的传递途径,推行"精雅"诗风,贞元诗坛主流诗风是大历诗风的延续。
