高校法律顾问制度运行模式研究及其完善——以湖南本科院校为例

An Empirical Study on the Running Mode of Legal Adviser System and its Perfecting——A Case Study of the Universities in Hunan

建立法律顾问制度是贯彻落实教育规划纲要精神、推进依法治校的重要体现和有效途径。在调研湖南省32所本科高校推行法律顾问制度实践的基础上,归纳、分析这一制度在湖南高校的管理机制、运行模式以及存在的问题,并结合高校办学特点和借鉴国内成功做法,提出进一步完善高校法律顾问制度的具体对策。

Establishing the legal adviser system is an important embodiment of the outline of the national medium- and long-term program for education reform and development,also an effective way for managing the university by law. On the basis of research to aim at 32 universities in Hunan province,this paper analyses several shortcomings of the legal adviser system besides concluding current management mechanism and running mode. Then according to the reality of university and relevant successful experiences,try to propose some concrete countermeasures for ameliorating the legal adviser system.
